Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh celery leaves
  • ½ cup fresh parsley leaves
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ toasted pine nuts
  • 2 garlic cloves - minced
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine the celery leaves, parsley, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  • With the machine running, slowly pour in the olive oil and blend until smooth.
  • Season the pesto with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Store in an airtight jar.
  • Serve the pesto with pasta, grilled vegetables, or crusty bread.
